All orders taken by our company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website and eBay shop are as accurate as possible at time of print and are only intended to give a general idea of the products; specifications and colours may vary slightly. Prices were accurate at time of print but are liable to change at short notice.
Orders can be sent by fax, telephone, post or via our eBay shop on this website.
All items are subject to availability.

Delivery

Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail standard 1stclass or other 48hr courier for larger items. All other destinations will be priced separately on request. Postage is charged individually dependant on size, weight and value. We take great care to ensure that items are packaged securely. Any claims for shortages or breakages must be made in writing within two days of delivery.

Returns

We are happy to take returns as long as you notify us within 7 days. You should notify us before sending the items back. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice and or full contact details including name, address, eBay user ID and reason for returning. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and insurance.

Payment

Payment is by credit / debit card, Pay Pal or electronic bank transfer with order. Cash is accepted with customers collecting orders.  We do not accept payment by cheque. We reserve the right to refuse any payment transactions.

VAT

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 20%

Reservation of Title

The risk of the goods passes to the customer (purchaser) upon delivery from the courier, but the TITLE of the goods remain with us and shall only pass from us to the customer (purchaser) upon full receipt of payment and the funds cleared.
